Job Description
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth operations within the organization.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Maintain files, databases, and records in an organized manner.
• Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
• Assist with financial management tasks, such as tracking expenses and preparing invoices.
• Perform general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing equipment.
