Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes
2. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of operational activities
3. Monitor workflow and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity
4. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks
5. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, including updates and revisions
6. Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
7. Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues
8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times
