We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administration & Intake Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a dynamic and impactful role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about supporting community wellbeing.
About the Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for new participants and stakeholders, managing intake, rosters, administrative duties, and assisting with compliance, invoicing, and events. Your coordination will help ensure a seamless experience for our clients and team alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin support & office coordination
Intake & onboarding for new participants
Compliance documentation & audits
Staff rostering & invoice tracking
Recruitment, inductions & training
Attending community events & expos
You’ll Bring:
2+ years in admin or intake roles (NDIS/Aged Care preferred)
Strong rostering, coordination & communication skills
Familiarity with NDIS Quality Standards
High attention to detail and multitasking abilities
A heart for inclusive, person-centred care
Essential:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
Current Driver’s Licence
