Job Description

You’ll be the backbone of our Asset Management team, providing essential administrative and finance support across two workplace assets in Macquarie Park. This is a full-time, onsite role (five days per week) where you’ll work closely with Asset Managers, Facilities Managers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Do
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including allocating remittances, raising invoices, and handling direct recharges.
Support monthly billing and debtor collection, ensuring compliance with Stockland guidelines.
Prepare reports, agendas, and meeting minutes for the team.
Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding invoicing and payment queries.
Coordinate with contractors on payment schedules and supplier setup.
Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance and HSE processes.

About You
You’re a strong administrator with a keen eye for detail and a curiosity to learn. Ideally, you have experience in property administration or finance support and are looking for a role that offers growth in the workplace sector. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
