Job Description
What You’ll Do
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including allocating remittances, raising invoices, and handling direct recharges.
Support monthly billing and debtor collection, ensuring compliance with Stockland guidelines.
Prepare reports, agendas, and meeting minutes for the team.
Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding invoicing and payment queries.
Coordinate with contractors on payment schedules and supplier setup.
Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance and HSE processes.
About You
You’re a strong administrator with a keen eye for detail and a curiosity to learn. Ideally, you have experience in property administration or finance support and are looking for a role that offers growth in the workplace sector.
