About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Provide customer service in a clear and helpful manner, communicating effectively with patients, families and staff.
Manage correspondence, including proofreading, grammar, formatting letters and responding to emails.
Perform a range of administrative duties, which may include reception, admissions, referral centre, scheduling, medical records, finance, ward administration, emergency trauma centre and call centre/switchboard services.
In some roles, perform confidential secretariat tasks, including preparing and distributing agendas and documents.
Use and maintain clinical and information database systems with integrity.
