About the role

Step into a role where your curiosity, organisation and eye for detail genuinely shape the quality of certification services. As the Administration Officer (Certification), you'll be the driving force behind investigations and audits - working with the Certification Manager to review workflow processes and administration to create cases, preparing correspondence, gathering intelligence, analysing data and ensuring records are accurately maintained. You'll be a trusted point of contact for customers and stakeholders, while also helping refine processes so the team operates with greater efficiency and impact. It's a position for someone who enjoys variety, values accuracy and wants to contribute to a team that safeguards professional standards.

This position is temporary part-time (0.5 FTE - 18.12 hours per week), based in Brisbane CBD. Flexible work arrangements can be considered upon application, including working remotely at a regional QBCC office subject to availability. While the role allows for flexibility in working from home, regular in-person attendance at the office is a mandatory requirement.
