Administration Support Officer – Ventia Wollongong

What You’ll Do:
Quality Management: Keep our documentation top-notch with Microsoft Word & Excel.
Payroll: Master Ariba, SAP, and SharePoint; deliver accurate payroll reports.
Admin Support: Ensure our digital documents are perfectly organized.
Customer Service: Be the friendly face of our team, providing exceptional service.
Update Maintenance plans and work order check sheets.
Raise SAP requisitions for procurement and prepare monthly work schedules.
Scan completed work orders into client SAP system and manage contractor invoicing.
Assist with client access and training requirements in Complyflow and Pegasus.
What You’ll Bring:
Tech-savvy with software systems (LMS, SharePoint).
Sharp data entry and organizational skills.
Stellar communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience in industrial or construction admin support is a bonus.
High level of attention to detail and effective time management.
Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Ability to work flexibly in a complex environment.
Must have a current driver’s licence.
Continuous Improvement:
Actively participate in the continuous improvement process.
Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
Participate in regular Performance Development Reviews.
Customer Service:
Maintain a focus on providing a high level of customer service.
Act promptly to address and fix customer concerns.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and the community.
General Responsibilities:
Participate in Performance and Development Reviews.
