Job Description
Administrative Support
• Design and updating of Alumni Database. (manually done)
• Performs necessary administrative functions such as record keeping, reports, correspondence, program budget oversight and contractual arrangements with vendors. (ARO and Development Office)
• Prepare lists of alumni by location, industry, company, etc. as and when required.
• To handle the entire ERP process (PR and GRN)
• Almart (record keeping of products & money transactions, ordering new products)
Communications
• Develop contacts and maintain relationships with alumni, students, staff, and vendors
• Building and maintaining new communities via social media e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, and providing analytics on their use.
• Manage and handle Alumni Portal and Alumni App.
• Develop creatives for alumni programs, alumni success stories and events.
Events
• Coordinate operational and logistical planning of alumni events, activities and event registration.
• Provide assistance to Alumni council and other alumni groups during the event, as assigned.
• Carrying out post-event evaluation and wrap up, compiling reports, write-ups and photos, and database follow-up in a timely manner
Qualifications, Experience & Skills required
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years of experience in admin role
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent IT skills especially in database applications, MS Access, mass-emailing, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Social Media – FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and WhatsApp
• Ability to work on Stripo, Canva and Poster my Wall apps
