Job Description

Administer and co-ordinate the budgets, business plans and statistics
Process invoices, track expenses and produce variance and custom reports on a weekly basis
Proficiency in composition and data retrieval using the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access databases as well as Hyperion, Oracle and Blue Yonder
Plan and facilitate all departmental events, including single day and multi-day meetings
Maintain an in-depth bring-forward system of departmental issues and correspondence by continually reviewing, checking and updating information to assist the General Manager
Flexible to take on ad-hoc projects on a regular basis

About You
Demonstrated administrative support experience in a corporate environment
Experience providing support services to multiple leaders, with the ability to adapt to different work styles and needs
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with an outstanding attention to detail
Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access, with mathematical aptitude and experience in budget planning and tracking
Strong organizational and time leadership skills to manage conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and handle both internal and external clients
Sound judgement, diplomacy, and confidentiality/discretion
