About the Opportunity
Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant.
Are you an organized multitasker with the ability to keep things running smoothly? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking on varied responsibilities with professionalism and precision? If so, we want to hear from you!
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to take on a range of administrative tasks. Your role will include:
Opening and managing new files, including conducting conflict searches.
Keeping client and matter records up to date in our accounting system.
Assisting with staff events by drafting communication, arranging catering, and overseeing setup and cleanup.
Managing email and voicemail systems.
Administering the ETS@work program.
Conducting searches and maintaining directories.
Taking on general office clerical duties to keep everything running smoothly.
What We're Looking For: To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Ability to act with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
A collaborative spirit as a team player and the ability to work independently under deadlines.
Exceptional precision and accuracy.
Experience in law firm administration would be considered an asset.
Essential proficiency with Office 365, with familiarity in iManage and Acumin as an asset.
