Job Description
Monitor, organize, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Create, schedule, and send email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Send follow-up emails to clients, and leads.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and relevant records.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Create and maintain Standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
Must Haves
This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong email management and marketing experience.
Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice to Haves
Experience with Xero for reconciliations
Knowledge of or familiarity with Zeablue
Open to introducing AI technology
Home Office Requirements
