Job Description
Purpose of the job: The incumbent will be part of travel administration department of Administration & Facilities team at Godrej Industries Limited and associated Co. (GILAC) and will be responsible for managing travel requirements for GILAC
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 2 to 5 years' experience in Travel
Role Specifications:
i. Managing Travel process and periodic review of processes efficiency and optimization
ii. Monitoring and periodic testing of travel portal for compliance as per standard processes.
iii. Coordination with various stakeholder and employees to continual improvement of processes and system.
iv. Conceptualization, procurement and setting up of new services
v. Monitor the travel spends & report deviation from travel policy
vi. Certification of the bills with System (Flown / Cancellation / Credit Note’s & Others)
vii. Formulation, compilation and analysis of MIS
viii. Conducting periodic airline performance and contracting.
ix. Tracking travel advisories from International SOS and process compliance.
x. Monitoring Outstanding payments of all vendors and compilation of quarterly NDC’s.
xi. Monitoring of Forex Service and reviewing processes periodically.
xii. Contracting and negotiating with hotels & airlines for annual rate contracts.
xiii. Formulation and execution of marketing plan to promote travel services & execution
of SOP with audit for process standardization
xiv. Evaluating cab services and contracting for employee road transport

Skill Required:
· Excellent spoken and written communication
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· Exposure of 2 to 5 years in similar role
