We are Hiring an Admin Executive(F)
Locations: Noida Sec. 63
Interview Mode: Face to Face
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: up to INR 25,000/-
Qualification: Graduate
Roles And Responsibilities
• Handling the Housekeeping team and maintaining their attendance.
• Handling all kinds of administrative bills viz. Electricity, Stationery, Water, Tea/Coffee etc.
• Coordinating with all vendors for bills and ensuring timely payment disbursals.
• Maintaining / Managing Directors calendar, dates schedules, key paper works & travel plans
• Checking and replenishing stationery/pantry items as and when needed.
• Timely checking company asset fitting & fixtures and ensuring the task is completed by the vendor.
• Maintaining office decorum.
• Drafting Emails.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Immediate Joiners will be preferred
