We are Hiring an Admin Executive(F)
Locations: Noida Sec. 63
Interview Mode: Face to Face
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: up to INR 25,000/-
Qualification: Graduate
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Handling the Housekeeping team and maintaining their attendance.
2. Handling all kinds of administrative bills viz. Electricity, Stationery, Water, Tea/Coffee etc.
3. Coordinating with all vendors for bills and ensuring timely payment disbursals.
4. Maintaining / Managing Directors calendar dates, schedules, key paper works & travel plans
5. Checking and replenishing stationery/pantry items as and when needed.
6. Timely checking company asset fitting & fixtures and ensuring the task is completed by the vendor.
7. Maintaining office decorum.
8. Drafting Emails.
9. Must have excellent communication skills
10. Immediate Joiners will be preferred
