Job Description
As an admin executive you will be expected to perform day to day admin activities ranging from preparing basic MIS for top level management to drafting contract, agreements and licenses. Background in food and beverage industry is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Basic paper works, such as agreements, applications, etc.
· Application at government sites for licenses and renewals
· Head Office management and upkeep
· Basic knowledge of Excel and business acumen for preparation of MIS reports
· Performing ad-hoc administration activities and preparing MIS reports as per the requirements of the Management
· Managing external clients of the company
· Drafting Mails
· Overseeing HR activity (hiring, work force motivation, etc)
· Making travel plans and booking tickets
· Calculating unit product cost as per the information received
· Providing day-to-day assistance to directors.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduation in relevant field
Experience in office administration profile preferably both for minimum 5 years
Prior background in food and beverage industry is an added advantage
