Responsibilities:
Communication and Coordination:
• Coordinate communication between different departments, staff, and external partners.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
• Assist in preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Data Entry and Analysis:
• Input data into relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in analyzing data and generating reports for management review.
Financial Support:
• Assist in basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
Vendor and Supplier Relations:
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist in maintaining relationships and negotiating terms when necessary.
Compliance and Regulations:
• Assist in ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of cloud kitchen operations or the food industry is beneficial
