Role Overview:
The Admin Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the company. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The Admin Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office activities and providing support to various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff members.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Communication:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Record Keeping:
• Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, invoices, and other important documents.
HR Support:
• Assist with onboarding of new employees and orientation processes.
• Support HR in maintaining employee records and coordinating HR activities.
Event Coordination:
• Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Coordinate logistics for team-building activities and other corporate events.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
• Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
• Continuously seek to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
