Job Description

Reception:

Welcomes staff/visitors/students to the School

Responsible for handling of incoming calls

Managing the school notice board and organizing classrooms

Maintaining attendance of students and staffs

Check the hygiene and cleanliness of the entire school

Administration:

To administer the distribution and collection of Lockers for staff and students

Contacting Student if there are any changes in their Lecture Schedule

Banking: Cash deposition/ Cheque deposition

School Stock: Printing Item, Toiletry, and Stationery

Coordination with all the department as per the requirement

Supervising In-house Theory Exam and Practical exams

Cash Management:

Handling Petty Cash of School. Preparing Payment vouchers and coordination the same with

the Accounts Team.

What are we looking for:

Good Communication Skill and Extremely Logical & Multitasking.

Well versed with computer skills (MS office Excel V lookup etc., Word & PowerPoint).We

work heavily on Google Sheets

Able to extend extra work hours, if required for exigency situation

Ability to build professional relationships
