Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Handle trainers schedules across multiples centres
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support to Accounting team
- Able to handle clients - excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Daily management of Pilates studios across cities though would mostly be sitting at one studio however may need to visit other studios on an as needed basis
- Updating trainer’s schedules and maintaining trainers session logs
- Bank work
- Bill payments
- Admin support to the Sales teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
