Outcomes expected from the Roleï'· Maintain a filing system to manage documents and records from various third-parties
ï'· Track and monitor all required fillings, including ones relating to Income Tax, GST,
Labour, Company Law, etc, working with the designated experts in each area
ï'· Assist with HR tasks such as scheduling interviews for prospective candidates, document
management and orientation for new hires, payroll processing
ï'· Liaise with Legal/Company Secretary/ Human Resource / Finance / CA / Management
Consulting firms to ensure all activities are on track
ï'· Manage all vendor related payments in collaboration with the Finance Executive
ï'· Managing petty cash and accounting related tasks, in collaboration with the Finance
Executive.
ï'· Assist with travel and meeting arrangements and provide any required administrative
support to the founders
ï'· Answer any external queries and route to relevant subject matter experts in the
company
ï'· Liaise with DSP Asset Management for any administrative or operational matters
Requirements for the Roleï'· Proven administrative experience, preferably in a startup environment
ï'· Demonstrates a keen sense of responsibility and accountability
ï'· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ï'· Strong time management an organizational skills
ï'· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite tools
ï'· Detailed orientation and structured thinking
ï'· Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
ï'· Fluency in English(written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken
