Experienced administrative professional to join the Independent Family Advocacy and Support (IFAS) team, providing high-quality support to the Manager and a growing team of advocates.
Full time maximum term position up to June 2027
Salary range: $56,+51 - $76,425 plus super plus salary packaging
Up to $15,+00 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model
About the role
Join our growing Independent Family Advocacy and Support (IFAS) team as an Administrative Services Officer. In this role, you will make an important contribution to the effective operation of IFAS by providing administrative support to the Manager and a team of advocates based in several VLA offices across Victoria.
The role will encompass a range of administrative functions including invoicing, meeting and event organisation, maintenance of policies, processes and systems that support the team, and providing information to clients and stakeholders regarding IFAS services.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
About you
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
Demonstrated administrative and office support skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong coordination, time management and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to liaise and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Sound computer skills including proficiency using a range of software and online applications including Microsoft Office programs and a content management system.
Experience working in a legal or social services environment.
