We are looking for a high-level administrative professional to provide exceptional support to our executive team. Responsibilities include:
Assessing and prioritizing requests to optimize executive time usage
Reviewing documents and correspondence
Managing the executive calendar, information flow, records, and correspondence
Coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling meetings to facilitate effective management
Additional responsibilities include drafting correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing notes. The successful candidate will also gather, collate, and provide background information to support informed decision-making and planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. High-level diary management experience and excellent communication skills are also required, with the ability to convey information effectively both verbally and in writing.
Previous experience in a similar role within a Government environment is highly regarded, as is experience using SAP. A strong eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism are also necessary.
