About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Support Officer in the Assurance Directorate at MPI.

As a Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to managers and teams, including organizing meetings, taking minutes, dealing with contracts and invoices, and coordinating domestic travel. You will also work on a variety of projects and tasks, requiring excellent communication and relationship management skills.

What You Will Do

Provide administrative support to managers and teams, including meeting organization, minute-taking, and contract/invoice management.

Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and other tasks as required.

Develop knowledge of how the public sector operates and learn about Food Safety within the Assurance Directorate at MPI.
