Job title: Administrative Support Staff
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare engagement letters, client onboarding forms, and follow-up documentation
· Schedule client meetings, audit visits, and internal team meetings
· Assist in preparing draft reports, emails, letters, and communication for clients
· Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, account statements, and payment entries
· Update accounting records and help with book keeping tasks
· Follow up with clients for outstanding fees, data etc.
· Maintain and organize physical files etc.
Desired skills and Experiences:
· Qualification: Graduate
· Candidate should have proficiency in MS Office (ie Excel, word) and Tally Accounting Software
· Experience: 1 year of experience in Accounting and should possess basic understanding of accounting terms, invoices, GST/TDS concepts, etc.
· Strong communication and follow-up skills
· Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks
· Ensure confidentiality of client financial information
