ABOUT INNERDRIVE

InnerDrive is one of the UK’s leading education training providers, known for translating cutting-edge psychology and education research into practical strategies. As we enter an exciting period of rapid international expansion, we’re looking for a driven, experienced, and ambitious individual to join the team.

About the role

As Administrator, you’ll oversee the smooth running of our office and help keep the team moving in a clear direction. You’ll be organised, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Above all, you’ll be kind, organised and great to work with.

Key responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors—answering phones, managing emails, and handling post/deliveries.
Coordinate with our coaches and prepare kit/logistics for workshops.
Manage the company calendar, meetings, and room bookings.
Oversee general office administration, supplies, and contracts.
Support financial processes: invoicing, credit control, expenses, payment lists, and liaising with the bookkeeper.
Assist with HR tasks such as holidays, sick pay, and maintaining personnel records.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Keep accurate databases and records (personnel, financial, and operational).

Learning mindset—curious and keen to improve.
Confident computer user (comfortable with common office software).
Experience in reception/office/education is desirable but not essential.

The role pays £30,000. It is a full-time role. Holidays are taken outside of school terms. The role is available to start at the end of October
