About us

We’re Atomic Coffee Roasters - bold, uncompromising, and obsessed with great coffee. From our Kingsland roastery, we craft some of New Zealand’s best specialty blends, fuelling top cafés and coffee lovers across the country. Now, we’re looking for a part‑time Administrator who can support smooth day‑to‑day operations by providing proactive administrative support to the Office Manager and wider team.

The opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate individual who brings great energy and connects well with others to join our team as our part‑time Administrator. Working across multiple channels in a specialty coffee business, you’ll have exposure to our production, tech, training and sales teams. You’ll be our go-to for all things accounts, admin, and customer services - answering incoming customer queries and taking orders, processing invoices, supporting AR and AP activities, coordinating stock takes and more.

Who are we are looking for?

You’ll have an eye for detail and won’t back down when it comes to learning new things! To others, you’re known as someone who communicates well, who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and help out when needed, and keeps customers at the heart of everything you do. You take pride in the delivery of your work and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, juggling multiple priorities.

Ideally, you’ll have at least one year of experience in an admin‑related role. A background in hospitality would be a bonus, but it’s not essential. Any accounting knowhow is desirable, however, a willingness to learn is equally as valuable!

This is a part time permanent role (25 hours) working between Monday – Friday, at our Kingsland flagship offices.
