Candidate Profile and Job Responsibilities: -
Data Management & Reporting
Maintaining month wise updated data of prospective parents/ enquiries – regular communication and follow up
Maintaining lists of deferred admissions/ future years admissions – regular communication and follow up
Report of each promotional event, participation in exhibition etc.
Post event analysis of various marketing vehicles and promotional activities
School Development
All functions of Asst Manager admissions as and when required
All functions of Admissions Executive as and when required
Keeping updated information of number of students and their categories, available spaces in each grade and each hostel
Receiving Admission Applications
Checking and Following up on documentation
Assist in arranging interviews and examinations
Coordinating and Facilitating School Guest House Bookings and Up keep
Maintaining records of travel documents of all students on campus
Ensuring maintenance of all regulatory matters related to residence of international students
Follow up for further documentation
Ensuring receipt of all necessary forms, declarations, indemnities etc.
Updating student information such as conversion in status etc. school’s ERP
Preparing lists for various section Principals and departments as required
Handling the withdrawal process – withdrawal form from parent and clearance from various departments
Guiding parents the right channel and person for their queries/concerns. Following Up.

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
