We are looking for a work-from-home Admission Counselor / Tele-Sales Executive to contact and follow up with leads generated through Meta ads for our massage and wellness courses.
This role is focused on explaining our courses clearly, answering basic questions, following a sales script, building trust with interested leads, and guiding them until admission is confirmed and full payment is collected.

We are a professional massage therapy and wellness training academy. Our courses are designed for students who want to build a career in spa therapy, massage therapy, holistic wellness, Ayurvedic massage, sports massage, and related wellness services.
The person in this role should be comfortable speaking about the wellness and massage education industry in a professional and respectful way.
Responsibilities
Call Meta ad leads and follow up on WhatsApp.
Explain our massage and wellness diploma courses clearly.
Follow the provided sales script and closing process.
Create and Share promotional images, offers, and course details during follow-up.
Nurture leads with regular communication until conversion.
Handle objections and encourage admissions.
Collect full payment from confirmed students.
Maintain a proper lead follow-up record.
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Experience in tele-sales, telecalling, admissions, or lead conversion.
Comfortable working from home.
Able to work on a commission basis.
Willing to follow up consistently and professionally.
Compensation
Commission-based incentive on every successful admission & payment.
Higher earnings based on payment collected.
Preferred Background
Experience in education sales, training institutes, beauty/wellness courses, or service-based lead conversion will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
