Feature phone will be provided with SIM card. All the calls will be routed through IP telephony All the calls will be recorded.

Weekly report to be sent to the team lead. Report at campus twice in a month.

Timing 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM (incentives based on performance & work during extra hours up to 08:00 PM)
