The Role
As an Advisor Development Consultant at Kinetic Agency, you are a direct driver of growth for both the firm and the advisors you partner with. This isn’t transactional sales. This is consultative, strategic, and rooted in real business outcomes.
You’ll work with independent financial advisors who are looking to break through plateaus and scale with intention. Your role is to guide them through that process, understanding where they are, where they want to go, and showing them how Kinetic can help execute that vision.
This role requires a true hunter mentality paired with a high level of business acumen. You’re not just closing deals, you’re helping advisors make pivotal decisions about how they grow.
What you'll do
• Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing and onboarding new advisor relationships
• Drive consistent outbound activity through calls, emails, and strategic follow-ups
• Lead high-level discovery conversations that uncover growth gaps and opportunities.
• Present Kinetic’s value in a way that is clear, practical, and tied directly to business outcomes
• Run efficient, structured sales processes that move opportunities forward with urgency
• Continuously refine your approach based on feedback, results, and market dynamics

Compensation
Compensation is structured based on experience, performance, and market alignment, with strong upside tied to results. Base Hourly Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience, with a quarterly performance-based incentive program. This structure is designed to reward results, with top performers earning between $60,000 and $125,000 annually.
