In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of defined People Experience (PX) initiatives, providing data-informed advice, insights, and practical solutions that enable a strong and high-performing culture at IAG. Working within a Centre of Expertise, the role translates PX strategy into high-quality programs, supports leaders to embed the IAG Way in everyday practice, and delivers consistent, scalable people experience outcomes that support business performance and mitigate risk.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney)
What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of defined People Experience (PX) initiatives, accountable for planning, delivery, and evaluation of programs such as onboarding, recognition, Welcome Days, and milestone events, ensuring quality outcomes and a positive employee experience.
Manage PX data, insights, and reporting, administering experience and feedback surveys and translating results into clear insights and recommendations to inform decisions and program design.
Coordinate and oversee PX communications and resources across internal channels, ensuring materials are clear, consistent, and aligned to IAGs culture and values.
Apply structured project and change methodologies to deliver PX outcomes on time, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Respond to PX enquiries with judgement, providing informed advice, resolving issues where appropriate, promoting use of PX platforms, and escalating systemic themes.
Manage stakeholder engagement within scope, building trust and maintaining strong relationships to support effective delivery and sustained adoption of PX initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders, providing pragmatic advice, options, and recommendations to support decision-making and problem solving.
Generate actionable insights from PX and OD data, producing concise reports and summaries that support continuous improvement.
Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, leverage internal and external insights, and recommend practical business solutions.
Operate with strong risk and governance awareness, complying with the Group Delegations& Authorities Policy and escalating risks appropriately.
What You'll Bring
2-4 years prior experience in a large, complex organisation with experience supporting Organisational Development, Learning or People& Culture initiatives.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
Sound project management skills, supporting planned and timely delivery.
High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Intermediate MS Office skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in best practice research and using data to inform insights.
Strong stakeholder relationship management
Tertiary qualification/s in HR/OD/Organisational Psychology or related discipline is preferred but not essential.
