Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate located in Bengaluru. The Advocate will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and maintaining client relationships. The candidate will also be involved in negotiating settlements, preparing and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and requirements.
Qualifications
• Possess strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Experience in litigation, client representation, and legal counseling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
• Bar Council registration and a valid license to practice law
