Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Advocate role located in Kalol. The Advocate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, representing clients in various legal matters, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with legal processes. Day-to-day tasks will include researching legal frameworks, managing case files, attending court proceedings, and liaising effectively with clients and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of legal principles, case law, and statutory interpretation
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and documentation
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work on multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience in courtroom litigation and advocacy skills
• Ethical and detail-oriented approach to work
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; certification to practice law in the respective jurisdiction is required
• Experience in civil, criminal, or corporate law (as applicable) is a plus
