Our practice areas include drafting and vetting of agreemeents like Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Vendor Agreements etc., providing legal opinions, drafting of legal notices, commercial suits, Section 138 cases, partition suits etc.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an Advocate with an experience of 3 to 5 years.
Preference to Advocates who are having litigation experience and willing to switch to corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Legal Services:
• Agreement Drafting & Vetting: Create and review agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, property-related contracts, and more for businesses of various sizes.
• Legal Advise: Offer legal opinions on diverse matters for clients.
• Reviewing case files to determine their merit and the best legal strategy to obtain relief for clients.
• Legal Notices: Prepare detailed and accurate legal notices following current laws and firm standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, with a consistent career history.
• Advocates who are having litigation experience and willing to switch to corporate
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of ₹ 30k to ₹60k per month (based on experience and relevant skills)
