Job description, work day and responsibilities

Prior knowledge of real estate and RERA is important

Prior knowledge of UP land laws, registration and stamp duty laws is highly desirable

Candidate must be able to draft and finalize legal notice, POA, MOUs related to development, development agreements, service agreements, Sale deeds, Agreement to sell, PAAA independently.

Candidate must be able to research on new laws and find relevant case laws if required

Candidates should have good command over written and spoken English.

Should be proactive and be able to act fast.

Knowledge of Hindi and English is Must.
