Role Overview
• The Affiliate Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring strong ROI and low Cost Per Lead (CPL).
• The role requires hands-on experience in affiliate campaign management, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Onboarding new Publishers/networks/Partners and managing existing publishers and networks and manage the vendor onboarding process.
• Campaign Planning & Execution across networks, media platforms, SSP's
• Plan and launch affiliate campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure quality leads and desired CPL, CPS, CPA, CPR, CPI
• Optimize creatives, landing pages, and funnels with internal teams.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Track CPL, ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take quick corrective actions.
Reporting & Analysis
• Should have hands on experience on Appsflyer/ Branch/ kochava and other MMP platforms
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on affiliate performance.
• Share actionable insights on spend, leads, conversions, and ROI
Compliance & Quality Control
• Ensure all affiliate campaigns follow Aether Digitals policies and brand guidelines.
• Regularly check lead quality to avoid fraud, duplication, or irrelevant leads.
Skills & Qualifications Required
• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of CPL,CPA, CPS, CPR, CPI campaigns, ROI optimization, and partner management.
• Experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, and media buying partners.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and take quick decisions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Excel, tracking tools).
• Understanding of the CPaaS / SaaS industry (preferred but not mandatory).
Key KPIs (What Success Looks Like)
• Achieving or improving monthly CPL,CPA, CPR,CPS,CPI targets.
• Increasing affiliate-driven lead volume with consistent quality.
• Delivering positive ROI across campaigns.
• Successful onboarding of new high-performing affiliate partners.
• Maintaining low invalid or fraudulent lead rates.
