Full job description
● Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy in alignment with the company's

overall marketing objectives.

● Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate program.

● Nurture and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support and

communication to drive performance.

● Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations

to optimize affiliate campaigns and increase revenue.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure

alignment and maximize affiliate program success.

● Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and promotional

campaigns.

● Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities

for growth and innovation within the affiliate program.

● Monitor compliance of affiliates with program guidelines, policies, and legal requirements
