Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Affiliate Marketing Manager with a proven track record in gaming promotions. The ideal candidate will come with an established network of micro-influencers, strong campaign execution skills, and a history of delivering measurable results in user acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage affiliate partnerships with influencers and content creators
Design and run campaigns to drive traffic, installs, and engagement
Leverage existing connections to accelerate campaign reach and efficiency
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI
Collaborate with internal teams to align creative, messaging, and timelines
Work from the Delhi office for the first 3 months before transitioning to a hybrid model
Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, preferably within gaming
Strong network of micro-influencers, streamers, or digital creators
Demonstrated success in managing high-performing, ROI-driven campaigns
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of performance and outcomes
Compensation: Competitive salary
Availability: Candidates available to join within 2–3 weeks will be prioritized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
