Summary
We are seeking a talented Affiliate Assistant to join our team at Olivia Bailey Interiors. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting our luxury residential properties and enhancing our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Canadian market.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Recruit and onboard affiliate partners aligned with our luxury brand identity
Track affiliate performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements
Collaborate with our content and social teams to align promotions with current campaigns
Manage and optimize Pinterest for affiliate content (including scheduling, keyword-rich descriptions, and trend tracking)
Must-Have Experience With:
Pinterest (pin design, Tailwind or similar schedulers, affiliate linking strategies)
LTK (LIKEtoKNOW.it) or similar affiliate platforms for fashion/home decor
ShareASale, Rakuten, or RewardStyle
Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
Tools like Canva, Adobe Express, Google Analytics, and Linktree
Strong written communication skills and a good eye for luxury aesthetics
