Key Responsibilities
Deliver supports to older people across South East Sydney, Inner West, South West Sydney, and the Illawarra area
Provide personal care, domestic assistance, transport, social support, community participation, and group activities
Work with clients to develop and implement personalized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Maintain accurate records and reports
