Job Description
Provectus Care Pty Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential aged care facility, Harbour Quays. As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, managing and leading the team, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the Care Manager and clinical staff to ensure care services are aligned with individual resident needs and HQAC's standards.
2. Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance resident experience and care outcomes.
3. Ensure all feedback, concerns, and complaints are addressed promptly and in accordance with HQAC's guidelines.
4. Provide operational support, guidance, and leadership, including being available on-call as needed.
5. Manage key operational metrics, including occupancy rates and incident reports, ensuring optimal performance.
6. Monitor and manage the facility's financial performance, ensuring budget targets are met.
7. Lead recruitment and retention initiatives to build and maintain a strong, dedicated team.
8. Foster a positive workplace culture by mentoring staff, setting clear expectations, and providing performance feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
AHPRA registration is highly desirable but not essential. Proven experience in managing operations within an aged care or healthcare setting is required. Strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality care, and excellent financial management skills are also essential.
