AND YOU THE MISSING INGREDIENT

experience of working within growing businesses in a People Partnering role.
You’ve built and managed a great team of people yourself so that you can lean on your practical experience when coaching managers and leaders.
You consider coaching and mentoring as key parts of your People toolkit (even if you’re not a qualified coach); having worked directly with Operators, leadership teams and across whole businesses, you feel comfortable talking to a diverse range of stakeholders with different interests, perspectives and personalities.
You enjoy facilitating practical and experiential workshops that lead to meaningful development and behaviour change
You are comfortable zooming out to take account of the whole picture and zooming in to do the doing
You’re capable of context-switching and are excited by variety - each week.
You’re endlessly curious and embrace the philosophy of strong opinions weakly held; you’re never possessive over ideas and don’t believe there is one right way to do things
You’re self-aware and reflective - you’ve experimented a lot in your career so far and have a good sense of what worked and what didn’t.
You have a good level of ER experience and are confident in coaching on a variety of cases.
