Temporary position for 12 months.

As an agent, junior chargeback you provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts. You perform administrative and follow-up tasks to support your unit’s day-to-day operations and help it meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed directives in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential. You help process information and solve simple, everyday issues, tailoring your approach as needed. You respond to administrative and operational questions. More specifically, you will be required to:
• Help carry out the unit’s operational and administrative processes
• Help analyze and produce reports and statistics
• Carry out administrative tasks, including data collection, entry, modification, compilation and coding
• Provide information about your line of business’s processes and procedures
• Conduct research to obtain additional information related to your unit’s activities.

What You Bring To The Table
• Trade school diploma in a related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in chargeback processing with basic knowledge of the fraud dispute process
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Knowledge of French is required
• Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients (level 4)
• Proficiency in the Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in accounting (reconciliation and monetary adjustment)
