The Work:
As a GCP Agentic AI Delivery Engineer, you will play a key role in consulting and engineering projects, tailoring Google Cloud Agentic solutions for clients. You will collaborate with Accenture's global teams, providing unparalleled technical expertise and innovation in product development. Your responsibilities will include executing complex technology solutions by designing, building, and showcasing Agentic AI solutions. You will serve as a trusted collaborator, guiding team members on adopting a Product Engineering mindset and becoming a subject matter expert in specific Google Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outcome-Driven Design and Build: Engage in technical discovery workshops to translate business needs into GCP design elements and tailored solutions. Design, build, test, and deploy innovative, agentic-first solutions on GCP tied directly to client requirements.
• Hands-On Development & Proof-of-Value: Quickly create, build, and present compelling proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate your Google Cloud expertise through hands-on software engineering, utilizing Vertex AI, Gemini/Agentic AI, BigQuery, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Product-Led Project Delivery: Act as an agile subject matter expert/coach on modern software development, guiding the delivery team on Product Agile Operating Model principles and structuring sprints for continuous delivery using Google Cloud Technologies.
• Team Collaboration: Be prepared to travel for project meetings, workshops, and client discussions as needed, working alongside global teams and utilizing various collaborative tools for project delivery and communication.
Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0% to 100% based on business needs.
Here's what you need:
• 3 years of experience in a hands-on, client-facing technology role (e.g., Google Cloud Engineer, Product Engineer, Technology Consultant).
• 3 years of deep, hands-on experience architecting and building solutions on GCP.
• 2 years of proven experience with Application Modernization, Call Center AI, and/or Agentic AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies.
• 2 years of experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and familiarity with project management and testing methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years of work experience required, 6 years if holding an Associate's Degree).
Bonus points if you have:
• Product & Agile Mindset: Hands-on experience in a Product Operating Model and practical experience delivering agile projects with sprint-based outcomes.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors including location, role, skill set, and experience. Here’s what you can expect for salary ranges by location:
• California: $70,350 to $196,000
• Cleveland: $59,100 to $156,800
• Colorado: $63,800 to $169,300
• District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300
