Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Shared Services Lead to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our HR shared services function, driving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across our international operations.
• Enhance and streamline onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and a seamless transition.
• Lead the implementation and updates of HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and system optimization.
• Design, document, and refine HR processes to maximize efficiency in the shared services model.
• Manage and mentor a global HR team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee the transfer of HR functions from onshore to offshore, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and training.
• Utilize data analytics to inform HR strategies and improve service delivery.
• Establish a 1st and 2nd line HR support system for consistent global HR services.
• Ensure the accuracy of HR records and compliance with employment laws across all jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR shared services strategies with overall business objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR shared services capabilities and user experience.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive HR knowledge base to support self-service and improve efficiency.
• Implement and manage a robust case management system to track and resolve HR inquiries effectively.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in HR shared services, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in managing global HR shared services operations
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and global regulations
• Expertise in process optimization and change management
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working in multicultural environments
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience in implementing and managing outsourcing partnerships
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
