This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Agentic AI/ML/Generative - LLM - Chatbot Specialist. The candidate will primarily be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI/ML models for large language models (LLM)-based chatbots tailored for legal applications. Responsibilities include researching AI advancements, fine-tuning generative models for legal language processing, integrating models into live systems, collaborating with legal professionals, and ensuring ethical AI implementation. The role requires constant improvement of chatbot responses for user inquiries and troubleshooting issues to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) with a focus on conversational AI or generative LLM technologies.
• Experience in chatbot development, model fine-tuning, and integrating AI systems into real-world applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to design and evaluate AI/ML models for legal services.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and experience in applying them to create responsible and fair AI applications.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with legal professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience or understanding of legal terminologies and challenges in the legal domain is advantageous.
