Role: Agri Sales Executive
Location: Gujarat (Field + Tele Sales)
Training Responsibilities
Conduct on-ground organic farming training programs & workshops
Deliver engaging sessions to farmer groups, FPOs, and gardeners
Explain organic farming practices, soil health, nutrition & crop protection in a simple and practical manner
Handle Q&A sessions and live demonstrations
Sales & Business Responsibilities
Promote company’s organic products, solutions, and packages during trainings
Convert training participants into leads, orders, and repeat customers
Coordinate with internal sales team for order fulfillment
Collect farmer data, feedback, and sales insights from field programs
Support field sales activities in assigned regions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
