???? Role Summary
As the AgriTech Expert, you will lead the development, validation, and deployment of AI-driven agri products, design farmer-focused solutions, and build sustainable tech integrations aligned with DasVita’s vision. This is a founding role, ideal for someone who wants to co-build revolutionary products from scratch.
???? Key Responsibilities
Lead AgriTech Innovation: Ideate and develop modular, non-generic tools like SmartFarm Monitor, AgriCareer Guide, and GreenOS.
MVP Design & Testing: Translate field problems into tech specs, drive MVP development with tech and product leads.
Farmer & Institution Integration: Work closely with our agri-course alumni, farmers, and institutional partners to test and improve tools.
Ecosystem Thinking: Ensure tech tools integrate into DasVita’s education-commerce-sustainability model.
Research & Trends: Stay updated on global agritech innovations, AI applications, and regulatory dynamics.
???? Requirements
5–10+ years of experience in agritech product development or agri R&D
Strong understanding of smallholder challenges, agri-inputs, and digital advisory tools
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (tech, education, operations)
Experience with IoT, AI/ML in agriculture, or sustainability dashboards is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, self-driven, and outcome-oriented
