Description of Roles
We currently have two openings - for an Associate and Senior Associate. These are full-time, on-site roles based in Bengaluru. Each will be responsible for day-to-day client tasks related to legal consulting and advocacy. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, directly interacting with clients, and providing legal advice and advocacy services to corporate clients.
Qualifications & Experience
Senior Associate - 4 to 7 years PQE
and
Associate - 1 to 4 years PQE
Be admitted to a Bar Council
Be based in or be ready to move to Bangalore
Possess excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience Focus
It will be an added advantage to have prior experience in handling labour & employment laws, corporate advisory and as also exposure to technology contracts review and negotiation.
